I can't load the software because I'm getting an installation Error: "The Office System Pack cannot be installed on this system because it requires Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 or later."

Your computer is running Windows Server 2003 which creates this error which is 'internally' documented by Microsoft or you are trying to install an older CD version on the new Windows Vista. Please forward your DiskID #### and your mailing address and we'll send you a current replacement software CD (Version 2.001) that solves the problem.
